Our mission at LPG Group is simple: we help property owners across the USA by providing a fast, fair, and hassle-free way to sell their property for cash. We solve problems for people in difficult situations.
As a Setter, you are the most important first step in this process. Your job is to make contact, build rapport, and identify property owners who are motivated to sell. You are the key that unlocks every deal.
We specialize in properties that are NOT listed on the public market. These owners are often in a state of distress, which falls into two categories:
Often, realtors can't or won't list these properties. That's where we come in. We provide a solution when no one else can.
"So, what do we do? At our core, we are problem solvers. We specialize in 'off-market' properties. This means we help people whose properties aren't listed for sale publicly, usually because the owner or the property is in a state of distress. This could be property distress, like a fire-damaged house, or owner distress, like a divorce or foreclosure. These are situations where a traditional realtor often can't help. That's our specialty. As a setter, your role is to find and connect with these motivated sellers, setting the stage for our acquisitions team to create a deal."
This is a performance-based role with high rewards. We believe in generously compensating our top performers.
A single closed deal can earn you between

Your success is directly tied to your effort and skill. The more qualified appointments you set, the more you earn. There is no cap.
Understanding this is the key to your success. The more distress a property owner is in, the higher their motivation to sell quickly for a fair cash price.
Distress β Motivation β Discount
Highly motivated owners are willing to sell their property at a discount in exchange for a fast, guaranteed, hassle-free cash sale. This discount is what creates the profit in a deal and, in turn, your commission.
"Let's talk about why this is such a great opportunity. Your earning potential is truly unlimited, with commissions from eighteen thousand to over thirty-six thousand Rand per deal. But to succeed, you need to understand the 'Motivation Factor'. This is the core of our business. The distress we talked about creates motivation. A motivated seller needs speed and convenience more than the highest possible price. They're willing to sell at a discount for a guaranteed cash offer that closes quickly. That discount is where the profit is made, and it's how you get paid. Your job is to find that motivation."
Download your raw, un-skip-traced leads from the Lead Manager.
Use your skip-tracing tool to find phone numbers, then upload the completed file.
Use the Lead Manager to call the skip-traced leads and qualify them.
"Our workflow is designed to be simple and efficient. It's a three-step cycle. First, you'll download raw leads from our system. Second, you'll use your own skip-tracing tools to find contact information and then upload that enriched file back into our system. And third, you'll use our Lead Manager to call those leads and qualify them. Let's break down each step."
In your Setter Dashboard, you will see the "Download New Leads" section. You can download your first batch of 300 House and 300 Land leads immediately.
The Credit System
After your first download, you must upload at least 200 skip-traced leads to "earn credit" to download your next batch of 300 raw leads.
This is the section in your dashboard:
"Step one is getting your raw data. In your dashboard, you'll see these two buttons. Your first batches are available right awayβclick both to download a CSV file for House leads and one for Land leads. After that, our system works on credits. For every 200 skip-traced leads you upload, you unlock the ability to download the next batch of 300. This ensures a steady flow of work."
Open the downloaded CSV files. Using your preferred skip-tracing tool, find the phone numbers for the property owners. Accuracy is key here.
Once your file has phone numbers, use the "Upload Skip-Traced Leads" section in your dashboard. This will add the leads to your "My Leads" table, making them ready to call.
"Step two is where you add the magic. You'll take those raw CSV files and use your own skip-tracing tools to find phone numbers for each contact. Once you've added that data to the spreadsheet, you'll use the 'Upload Skip-Traced Leads' module in the dashboard. This action populates your personal calling queue in the 'My Leads' section."
Your "My Leads" table is your daily workspace. It only contains leads you have uploaded that have phone numbers. From here, you will manage all your calls and notes.
"And finally, step three: making the calls. Your 'My Leads' table is your mission control. Every lead here is one that you personally skip-traced and uploaded. To start working a lead, just click the 'Call & Notes' button. This will open up the lead detail view."
When you click "Call & Notes", a modal will pop up. This is where you find the owner's info, take notes, and log the outcome of the call.
"The Call and Notes modal has everything you need for a call. On the left, you have the lead's information and buttons to log the outcome if they don't answer. On the right, you have all the fields for your qualifying questions and notes. Take your time to familiarize yourself with this screen, as you'll be using it for every call."
To ensure we partner with only the most committed and capable individuals, there are two final steps to complete your onboarding.
"You've now seen the entire process. The last step is for you to show us you're ready. First, you'll need to purchase your own Zoom Phone plan. This is a requirement for all our setters and shows us you're invested in your own success. Second, you'll submit a call simulation recording to us. This helps us verify your communication skills. Once you've completed these two steps, you're officially on the team."

Once we receive your call simulation and confirmation of your Zoom plan, we will activate your account fully. You'll receive a welcome email with final instructions. We're excited to start closing deals with you.
